Lorna Faires
Lorna is the Regional Business Manager at Liberty Staffing's Guelph branch. She has been with Liberty Staffing for nine years. She started in the Service Sector at Liberty Staffing and has grown to become a Regional Business Manager. When asked of the favourite part of her job, Lorna notes that she loves when she can offer people work right from the interview. She also loves when clients hire assignment employees on full time. Lorna lives in Guelph with her husband and two daughters. In her spare time, Lorna likes to read.
Kristy Russell
Kristy is a Client Care Specialist at Liberty Staffing. She has been with Liberty Staffing Services for over a year and a half. When asked of the favourite part of her job, Kristy notes that she loves the happy look that comes across applicant's faces when she offers them a job. Making people happy is what it's all about for Kristy. Kristy notes that the Guelph team works very well together, especially when the office is busy. Everyone pitches in and works toward a common goal. Kristy lives in Guelph with her husband and five children, and enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her dogs outside of work.
Paula Stewart
This October, Paula will have been working with Liberty Staffing for nine years as a Business Development Representative. Paula's favourite part of being a Business Development Representative is meeting new people, and developing strong relationships with clients. Paula considers herself to be a social butterfly by nature. Taking on a new business conquest excites Paula, and she is always up for the challenge. In her nine years of working with Liberty Staffing Services, Paula has has many personal successes. In particular, one large client for the Guelph office really stands out for Paula. She had to present in front of three people, and successfully gain the client's business against a multi-national staffing corporation. Paula has two dogs, and lives in Cambridge. Outside of work, Paula enjoys cycling, and travelling with her husband in their family trailer.
Elizabeth Branco
Elizabeth has been a Support Representative at Liberty Staffing for a year and a half. Every work day is different, and new challenges arise, which is Elizabeth's favourite part of being a Support Representative. She greatly enjoys getting to know our applicants and assignment employees on a personal level. Elizabeth feels fortunate to be able to see our assignment employees on a weekly basis when they come in to the Guelph office to pick up their paycheques. Elizabeth lives in Elora with her fiancé. Elizabeth is very much a homebody, and likes spending time at home with family and friends. In her spare time, Elizabeth works with an animal rescue and fosters dogs.
Ashley Munroe
As the newest member of the Guelph team, Ashley is a Client Care Specialist at Liberty Staffing Services. Ashley notes that the favourite part of her job is being able to meet new people every day. Meeting new people every day makes each work day different. Ashley lives in Guelph with her boyfriend. Ashley enjoys spending her free time with friends, reading, and playing soccer and volleyball.
