Ashley Martin
Ashley has recently been promoted as Regional Business Manager for Liberty Staffing’s Woodstock office. She began her career with Liberty Staffing Services eight and a half years ago as a Support Representative at our Waterloo office location. She remained a Support Representative for a year, and then moved up in the company to a Client Care Specialist role for seven and a half years.
Ashley expresses that finding the perfect person for the perfect job is one of many reasons why she loves being a part of Liberty Staffing. There is nothing more satisfying then finding that perfect fit that eventually leads to a permanent hire. She also enjoys meeting a variety of people and hearing their story, whether it be someone looking for work or someone looking to find a worker, she loves building strong relationships with the people she works with.
When asked what sets Liberty Staffing apart from other staffing agencies, Ashley refers to our friendly and professional level of customer service. In fact, Ashley recalls something noted by one of our applicants. The applicant used to work in Toronto. He/she noted that everyone says hello on the streets of Woodstock, even if they’re strangers. This is very different to Toronto’s culture and atmosphere. Ashley believes that the same friendly, open atmosphere in Woodstock is mimicked within the office. There is always someone in the office who is willing to help.
Rachelle Nicholls
Rachelle has worked with Liberty Staffing Services for three years as a Business Development Representative. Rachelle works as a sales and marketing representative out of the Woodstock, Stratford, and London office locations. She greatly values the relationships that she has with clients and prospects. These relationships are truly valuable to her and she often defines them on a personal level. Rachelle notes that all of the staff members at the Woodstock location go out of their way to make clients, applicants, and assignment employees happy.
