Customer Service Representative/Recruiter Job Details

As a Customer Service Rep/Recruiter, you will be responsible for developing trusting professional relationships with, and acting as, the liaison between client and job seeker. 

- Working on-site 
- Full time role (8 hour shifts) 
- Paying $45,000/year and/or commensurate on experience

Requirements

- 5 years of relevant experience in Retail/Retail Management
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience 
- Strong communication, administration, and repetitive data input skills
- Able to effectively manage diverse client and candidate expectations
- Work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Have a good sense of time-management, and be flexible with assigned duties
- Ability to drive to assigned client locations, as needed
