This is an internal role with Liberty Staffing Services.

Job Type

Full time  
In-person position (London, Ontario) 

Schedule

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm  
No weekend work

Salary

$42,000 - $44,000/year (based on experience)

Job Duties

- Act as the first point of contact for candidates who come into the office.  
- Greeting, scheduling, and setting up job seekers for registration with Liberty Staffing Services, over the phone and in-person.   
- Answering a multi-line phone system.   
- Entering job seeker information into our recruiting database.   
- Assisting with miscellaneous duties as assigned. 

Qualifications:

- Secondary school education is required.   
- Experience answering a multi-line phone.   
- Ability to multitask.   
- Excellent attention to detail.
