Liberty Staffing offers direct deposit or cheque. Employees are paid out on a weekly basis, starting the week after you work. Paycheques are available for pickup on Fridays.
If you have chosen to be paid by cheque, you will be required to show a piece of photo I.D. when you come in to collect your paycheque.

It all depends on the position. CSA approved safety boots or safety shoes are required for industrial and warehouse positions. There may be some office positions which require safety boots/shoes as well. We will notify you if you need to purchase safety boots/shoes before we assign you for the position. Your safety is our first priority.

Consuming recreational cannabis in the workplace is illegal and will continue to be after legalization on October 17 2018. Impairment that may pose a risk of safety or injury to any person in the workplace is not acceptable or tolerated by Liberty Staffing Services. Impairment can be caused by any number of substances including: drugs, alcohol, prescription drugs, health issues, and fatigue.
We do not permit any employee to remain at any workplace while they are impaired in any fashion that could risk safety at the worksite. Impairment is something we take very seriously. If you are found to be impaired at work, disciplinary action will be taken and can result in termination.
