Assist with shipping variances, replacement PO's and new containers for overages. Complete order confirmation, cost changes and PO change request. New part set up and supplier price entry into ERP System Epicor. Container entry (offshore and US). Complete open order report from the US - update information as required and follow up with overdue invoices and advise sales. Verify all invoices to ensure no variance and discrepancies for month end. Supplier follow up for pricing and eta. Using Sage Inventory Advisor (SIA), monitor and prepare purchase orders on a daily basis. Analyze and adjust lead times, safety stock and purchasing policies as required. Plan and adjust inventory forecasts based on product demand and promotional activity. Proactively follow-up with suppliers on the status of outstanding orders and update purchasing order information as necessary. Communicate with internal departments as necessary about purchase order status. Update product costs in Sage ACCPAC and SIA. Analyze vendor sales data and create recommendations for stock rationalization. Facilitate the creation and execution of promotions with vendor partners. Analyze the performance of past promotional data as required.

Qualifications: Some knowledge or experience in computerized purchasing processes is required. Previous data entry experience is required. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
