5_Signs_That_You_Should_Make_a_Career_Change.jpgDo you feel unsettled at your current place of employment? If so, it could be time to make a career change. For some, it may be difficult to read the signs correctly. The following signs often indicate that it’s time to move on.

1. Unhappy at Your Current Place of Employment

Let’s face it, happiness is key when it comes to deciding on whether you should stay with a company or not. If you have tried to make the best of the situation and you are still unhappy at your current place of employment, then it’s probably time to make a career change.

2. No Motivation

Are you unable to get up and go to work in the morning? Do you find it difficult to execute work related tasks because you are simply unmotivated? These are important signs to notice, as they express that the work you are currently doing is not of interest to you.

3. Skills Which Are Not Utilized

There’s nothing worse than performing work related tasks which do not utilize your skills and abilities. It may be time to find a career that would utilize all the great things that you have to offer.

4. Only In It for the Paycheque

While financial stability is very important, it shouldn’t be your first priority when it comes to your work. If your performance is based on a paycheque, then your work is more of a “job” than a “career”.

5. Lack of Opportunity within the Company

Speak with your supervisor and express your desire to move up within the company. If there is no opportunity for growth, this should be a clear sign that it’s time to start looking for employment elsewhere.

If any of these signs apply to you, then it’s time to make a career change. Contact Liberty Staffing Services today. We have employment opportunities in office, warehouse, and industrial sectors. We will help you find the job of your dreams
