The pay rate/salary of the jobs that we offer depends on the position and client company. Most of the jobs that Liberty Staffing offers pay more than minimum wage, however some of our entry-level positions pay minimum wage.

Minimum Wage in Ontario is Increasing October 2026
The Ontario government is increasing the minimum wage from $17.60 per hour to $17.95 per hour. This will take effect on Thursday October 1, 2026.
What Does This Mean for You?
If you are currently working for Liberty Staffing Services, and you're being paid minimum wage, your pay rate will automatically increase to $17.95 per hour on October 1, 2026.
If you are an assignment employee of ours that is presently being paid more than minimum wage, your pay rate/salary will stay the same.
