If you enjoy teamwork more than working individually, we have selected some great job choices for you. Here are five jobs that Liberty Staffing offers which involve a large amount of teamwork. Read on.

1. Shipping and Receiving

If you typically thrive in a warehouse, working with a team big or small, then a Shipping/Receiving role  may be right for you. The main responsibility of a Shipper and Receiver is to ensure that shipments of product arrive and leave on time. To be a successful Shipper/Receiver, you must be in constant communication with fellow Loaders/Unloaders, as well as Assemblers, Packagers, and Forklift Operators. Knowing what stage production is at is important to the warehouse running smoothly.

2. Customer Services Representatives

Customer Services Representatives are constantly dealing with people, and coworkers. You are responsible for providing top-notch customer service, promptly and professionally. Call centers, for example, employ numerous Customer Service Representatives to handle multiple phone lines of customer inquiries. These representatives must work as a team to handle and direct calls, and answer customer questions.

If you are a people-person, who enjoys working and helping others, a Customer Service Representative position through Liberty Staffing might be the job for you.

3. Warehouse Workers

Warehouses big and small require multiple staff members to keep production levels flowing smoothly. Within a warehouse, you may find Shippers and Receivers, Forklift Operators, Machine Operators, Assemblers, Packagers, etc. Even if you are employed within a specific department within a warehouse, you must still collaborate and cooperate with members outside of your area. For example, if you are a Warehouse Worker who is responsible for packaging items for shipment, you need to work in collaboration with the Shippers and Receivers of the warehouse.

Teamwork in a warehouse setting is imperative. You must be supportive and a team player if you are interested in a warehouse role

4. Assemblers

If you love working with your hands, and working within a team to create great products, then an Assembly role will suit you. Assemblers take parts of a product and put them together. As an Assembler, you'll likely work within a group of people on an assembly line.

5. Administrative Assistants

While Admin Assistants complete a lot of tasks independently, they also need to liaise with coworkers, managers, and sometimes clients and customers. Typically, administrative roles are found within an office setting. As an Administrative Assistant, you must possess great organizational, and people skills. You must also have experience with computers, and certain software.
