Our staffing agency is constantly growing and expanding, so much so that we have created a new position for one of our team members. This individual is a hard worker, an enforcer of positivity, and a dedicated employee of Liberty Staffing Services. In fact, she recently celebrated her 12th year with Liberty Staffing.
Liberty Staffing Services is excited to announce Sarah Brooks’ new role as Sales Trainer/Motivator! The Sales Trainer/Motivator is responsible for sharing positive thinking and spreading motivation throughout Liberty Staffing’s sales team. Sarah will be training and working with new Business Development Representatives to ensure organization and full knowledge of Liberty Staffing’s best practices and procedures.
Sarah received the new role of Sales Trainer/Motivator in October 2015. Sarah is a perfect fit for this role, as she is professional and always has an upbeat attitude. Sarah will continue in her position as Business Development Representative at Liberty Staffing’s London location while also taking on the role of Sales Trainer/Motivator for the company.
We had a chance to sit down with Sarah and talk about her new role. Here is an interview with Liberty Staffing's Sales Trainer/Motivator: Sarah Brooks.
Question: How would you describe your new role?
Answer: The Sales Trainer/Motivator is a lot like being a cheerleader. Your goal is to try and keep a positive mindset in coworkers and staff members.
Q: What is your favourite part of being a Sales Trainer/Motivator?
A: I really enjoy getting to know our Sales Representatives better. The Sales Reps are all a part of the same team, and we are all striving towards the same goal.
It’s also rewarding to see Sales Representatives accomplish their goals and succeed in their positions. I find this to be very encouraging, and it’s the best feeling of being a Sales Trainer/Motivator.
Q: How would you describe yourself?
A: I love helping people. Anything that I can do to make things easier for someone is rewarding to me. That’s just who I am.
Q: Do you have a quote that you live by?
A: “Practice what you preach.”
Q: What do you like to do in your free time?
A: I’ve recently started running. Right now I’m at 10 kilometers. I also love to read, especially biographies, true crime, and romance.
