When you attend a job fair, it's important to make a lasting impression on an employer. Here are five helpful tips for candidates attending job fairs.

**1. Dress to Impress**

Dress for the job that you want. First impressions are everything when it comes to job fairs and interviews. An employer may be less likely to hire you if your attire does not fit their company's policies.

**2. Bring Copies of Your Resume**

The more resumes that you give out, the greater your chances of being contacted by hiring managers after the job fair.
